<p><strong>What are your hours of operations?</strong><br />— Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm central standard time. You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.</p>
<p><strong>What types of payment do you accept?</strong><br />— We accept Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard payments. Our checkout process is protected by a 128-bit <span class="caps">SSL</span> encryption.</p>
<p><strong>Do you allow companies to purchase on an open line of credit?</strong><br />— Yes, with a completed and approved credit application we do allow customers to purchase on an open line of credit. The account must remain in good standing and within the credit limit at all times.</p>
<p><strong>Do you sell only, to companies and other large organizations?</strong><br />— We sell to individuals as well as companies and all sizes of organizations.</p>
<p><strong>Is there a minimum order requirement?</strong><br />— We do have a minimum order requirement for food safety reasons, we will not sell partial packages. We only sell by the case or package. The quantity of an item may vary per package from the quantities of other items, depending on size and how they are received from the manufacturer. There is also a $20 minumum.</p>
<p><strong>Do you have additional bulk sales pricing?</strong><br />— We do have a price break when you order 3 or more cases, and offer another price break for 20 or more cases. We now allow you to mix and match the products you order and still get the price break. Please call when ordering to obtain the bulk pricing.</p>
<p><strong>Can I return an opened package?</strong><br />— Packages are sealed and non-returnable if they have been opened, because of food safety reasons.</p>
<p><strong>Can you put your plastic containers in the oven?</strong><br />— Do not put plastic containers in the oven, they will melt!</p>
<p><strong>What is the maximum temperature for the aluminum cardboard lids?</strong><br />— The maximum temperature for the aluminum cardboard lid is 325 degrees. For applications that require heat in excess of 325 degrees, remove the aluminum cardboard lid and cover with aluminum foil.</p>
