Your recipe should help you decide which size pan and lid option will be right for you.  Use a foil lid to cover entrees when cooking in the oven, it prevents splashing and keeps the cheese from sticking to the top of the lid.  A cardboard lid option is great for freezing and stacking meals. Print your company logo when sending take-out or to-go meals. This pan is great for it's volume just like the Full size pan. Feeds 15-16 servings. This pan does not fit standard chafing dishes, better to use for dishes that doesn't need reheating.
